Burdock Root is rich in essential fatty acids, detoxifying and purifying the blood. Stinging Nettle is the ideal herb for cleansing as it is diuretic, detoxifier, and anti-inflammatory. To use: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of herbs in hot water for 5-15 minutes. If you prefer a stronger tea, steep for a longer length of time. Strain herbs, sweeten to taste and enjoy! Super delicious with a bit of honey.
